This place was perfect. Between the arcade, pool table, ping pong, actual pool, hot tub, and the gorgeous surroundings, we could never be bored. And it was so relaxing! We took an amazing hike through the woods to this private stream, and felt one with nature. We built a great fire for smores every night. Basically, the perfect getaway.

It was absolutely incredible for my family and I to relax and recharge at Dara's property. The lack of noise pollution and light pollution, combined with a wonderful heated pool and hot tub - plus fire pit and arcades! - made even my cynical teenage kids love the experience and not want to leave!

Dara’s place is beautiful, spacious, and quiet…it’s perfect for a nice relaxing trip! Dara was also an excellent communicator, she was quick, thoughtful, and supportive, I would definitely return.

Everything was clean and up to our expectations. Plenty of sleeping space and awesome barn with games and activities.
It was especially peaceful and beautiful as the leaves turn in the fall. We enjoyed the hot tub and walking outside in the neighborhood. Perfect if you want to get away and enjoy peace and quiet. There were also great restaurants close by.
The pictures do not do it justice, this place is amazing! It fit our group of 9 perfectly and with plenty more space. The game barn is amazing and a great spot for the group to hang out. Hot tub was super clean and Dara was a great and accommodating host!!

Excellent spot hidden in the Catskills mountains. Quiet and private but not too far of a drive from anything. Beautiful property with tons to do! Dara was a pleasure to work with and very communicative. We would definitely come back!
Great stay! We had a group of 10 and there was plenty of room. The pool area was great, as well as the game room! Also, the house is only a 15 minute ride to Bethel Woods if you're there to see a show! Overall, I would highly recommend this house for a group and would absolutely stay here again.
