- We recommend a 4 wheel drive car during wintertime as our driveway is slightly uphill. Icy conditions are possible and snow can happen anytime before our snow plowing service arrives to get things cleared and salted.
- While there is *plenty* of room to sleep, spread out, and lounge in the loft areas of the house and barn, guests should take care when going up and down the stairs, as the ceilings over the steps are sloped and the headroom is limited. Taller members of your party might prefer to stay on the main floor for ease of access.
- All of the arcade games are free to play as much as you want with the exception of the claw prize machine because, well... the toys in there aren't free for us to buy either! :-)
- There is no smoking of any kind inside the house or the barn. A minimum additional deep cleaning fee of ~$250 will be required if there is any smoking inside the house (this includes hookah, weed, etc.)
- If someone smokes outside, we ask that they clean up after themselves and not leave any evidence of it when checking out.
- No parties with unregistered guests - doing so will result in being escorted from the property immediately.
-$500 charge for any person staying at the house over the agreed number.
- PET FEE CHARGE: there is an extra $100 charge for a dog. All pet requests must go through us for approval as we will only allow one potty-trained dog per stay. Sorry, no cats.
-TOILETS/WATER- we have a good working SEPTIC system but it will clog up if improper material is flushed. Please DO NOT FLUSH anything other then toilet paper through our toilets! Unclogging or replacement of the pumps is very expensive and you could be charged for plumbing services.
-TRASH/recycling- All trash and recycling should be secured in trash bag before placing in outside trash cans next to the barn/garage.
- Although we are extremely diligent in our pest control, occasionally a mouse may try to get inside to seek warmth. The best way to keep them away is to wipe all crumbs off the counters and to safely store food in cupboards, meaning the use of Tupperware for open food boxes and pet food containers, or store open items in the refrigerator. If you see a mouse, please make us aware so we can alert our maintenance company.
- If you have any issues during your stay please don't hesitate to let us know so that we can address them to the best of our ability.
